What Is CMMS

A Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) helps organisations to achieve Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) goals as well Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). CMMS is also known as Computerised Maintenance Management Information System (CMMIS). A CMMS will record and manage information related to Maintenance and Breakdown operations that occur in an organisation.
