Our Lean workshops orchestrate change through candidates working in a style that enables them to “Learn by doing”. The candidates create their own Hoshin Kanri documents, Transition Plans and “Line of Sight” plans. We believe that working in this way delivers true buy-in to the lean plan and process.
We find that after lean training or a consultancy programme many organisations require the need to be mentored to ensure they stay true towards Lean. Our mentor programme enables managers and leaders to stay on course through objective assessments and reviews of their lean journey. We find that this process enables great sustainability towards a lean enterprise.
We have gained a vast number of templates that can be used across organisations to help them deliver lean programmes. These range from strategic templates for Hoshin Kanri processes through to the typical lean tools 5s, Visual Management, TPM, OEE, Standard Work, Kaizen events and Continuous Improvement activities.
Our Lean library uses the best of technology to enable users to download information at the touch of a button. We have also developed a number of e-learning modules specifically designed to help employees maintain and deliver on lean activities.
