YCA on phase 2 of United Learning Institute roll out

Today United Learning rolled out Phase 2 of their academy platform with Your Career Academy. They are launching CPD leader dashboard, with 360 degree feedback, forums and a recognition process. This will be rolled out over 47 schools and academies throughout the UK involving 7000 people. Now looking to gain ideas from the team to put in phase 3
