Malcolm has twenty-five years of board level experience following a previously successful international career building a European design and manufacturing joint venture with a leading Japanese Electronics multinational company.

Dean Sanders is the Managing Director of Track Training Limited and has achieved over 14 years’ board level experience as a senior manager, director and owner manager in the training and education sector.
